EMERGENCY ROOM
TREATMENT
“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our
tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by
the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.”
2
Corinthians 1:3, 4 KJV
I
had to go to the emergency room Saturday.
Everyone was very nice to me and treated me with kindness but when we go
to God’s emergency room, we are not only treated with kindness we are also
treated with love. It doesn’t matter if
we’re hurting physically or emotionally, God comforts us.
He
sets us on His lap of love and dries our tears with tender compassionate
kisses. It doesn’t matter how many
people are in His emergency room because His lap is big enough for every person
in the world. Our Heavenly Father takes
good care of us and comforts us when we need to be comforted.
Heavenly
Father, thank You so much for the many times You have comforted and encouraged
me. I love You so much and appreciate
all You have done for me. Thank You for
adopting me into Your family and for giving me the privilege of serving Jesus. In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.
