A CROSS OF COMPASSION
AND LOVE
“When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is
finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.”
John
19:30 KJV
John
W. Peterson wrote the beautiful inspiring cantata “Night of Miracles”. Indeed, it was a night of miracles when
Jesus was born. However, this precious
Baby grew up and went to the cross to die for your sins and for my sins. The cross Jesus died on was a cross of
compassion and love.
Kurt
Kaiser wrote the beautiful hymn “Oh How He Loves You and Me”. There are no words to describe how much Jesus
loves you and me. We only have a
fingernail’s grasp of His amazing unconditional and unending love for us. What a Saviour, this Jesus of Nazareth ! O how I love Jesus.
