WE DON’T KNOW
“Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of
thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.”
Leviticus
19:18 KJV
William
Matthew Golden wrote a hymn that should challenge us to be kind and loving to
one another “A Beautiful Life”. “To be a
child of God each day, My light must shine along the way; I’ll sing His praise
while ages roll And strive to help some troubled soul, Some troubled soul.” Are we helping others?
Joyce
Landorf Heatherley, a Christian speaker and author, said on one of her teaching
tapes “People we sit next to in church look fine and they look darling, but
inside they are hurting”. We don’t know
what heartaches and dark valleys people are going through but Jesus knows and
He will help them.
Heavenly
Father, I pray that You will comfort and encourage all who are discouraged,
lonely and hurting as You have done for me.
Thank You for being a compassionate tender loving Father Who loves us
unconditionally. I love You, dear Father,
and I appreciate You. In Jesus’ Name, I
pray. Amen.
