HIS PRECIOUS HANDS
“The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the

shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print
of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

Rev.
Ray Overholt wrote the beautiful heart touching hymn “Ten Thousand
Angels”. Yes, our Saviour could have
called ten thousand angels to set Him free but He chose to stay on the cross
because He loves us and He also wanted to fulfill the mission His Father had
given Him.
Every
time I think about them abusing Jesus and beating Him beyond recognition for my
sins, tears come to my eyes. O how Jesus
loves you and me. Your spouse and family
love you but nobody loves you like Jesus and nobody ever will. His love for you is unconditional and He will
love you for all eternity.
The
precious hands of Jesus were not only nailed to the cross, His beautiful
precious hands also pick us up when we are broken hearted and hurting as He
carries us through all the dark lonely valleys in our life. What a Saviour! What a Friend, this Jesus of Nazareth
