FREE BUT NOT FREE
“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”
John
8:36 KJV
Thank
God for our brave men and women who have given their lives for our
country. However, we can live in a free
country but if we haven’t invited Jesus into our heart to be our personal
Saviour we are still in bondage to satan.
It is only when the blood of Jesus is applied to our heart that we are
free.
Are
you free? Has there ever been a time in
your life when you admitted you were a sinner, asked God to forgive you and
invited Jesus into your heart to be your personal Saviour? This question is for everyone including
myself. God loves every person in the
world and He wants all of us to be saved.
It
doesn’t matter if we preach, teach Sunday school, sing in the choir or play the
piano or organ. The only thing that is
important and urgent in this life is to know for sure that Jesus lives in our
heart and that we have given Him not only our heart but also our life and all
of our time. Is Jesus first in your
heart and life?
Inviting
Jesus into our heart to be our personal Saviour is the most important decision
we will ever make. It is more important
than choosing the person who we want to marry or where we want to live. Jesus, the KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS
wants to live in your heart. Open the
door and let Him in.
Precious
Heavenly Father, You give us unconditional love and You love us so much that
You gave Your beloved Son to die on the cross for our sins so we can be saved. Thank You, Father. We love You and we appreciate all You have
done for us and all You do for us every day.
In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.
