COME BACK HOME

“And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called.  And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.”

I had a terrible dream the other night.  In the dream I was on a bus and I didn’t know where I was going.  I didn’t have any luggage and nobody was waiting for me.  I am so glad the telephone rang just then.  It was someone wanting a person who doesn’t live here but it woke me up from that frightening dream.

Jesus is calling us.  Jesus knows our heart and He knows if we have been disobedient to God.  There are times when we allow satan to lead us astray.  Also, the places we go and the words we say hurt our Heavenly Father and break His heart.  We need to ask for forgiveness and come back home to God.

Heavenly Father, please forgive us for sometimes doing the things we want to do and for going places where You don’t want us to go and for saying cruel and criticizing words to someone.  Help us to be obedient to Your will for us and to love one another unconditionally.  In Jesus’ Name, I pray.  Amen.
