IT IS IMPOSSIBLE

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”

Psalm 16:11 KJV

I have tried many times to describe the joy that Jesus has given me but it is impossible.  One of my pastors said in a sermon “If you want to fly higher than a kite, start bragging on Jesus”.  Since I started bragging on Jesus, there are times when I feel like I am going to explode with happiness. 

Jesus wants us to live a happy and victorious life.  “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).  It is only when I am in the presence of Jesus that I feel like I’m going to explode with happiness. 

It is impossible to smile all the time because all of us go through dark valleys and have heartaches but if we are saved, Jesus will pick us up and carry us through all our dark valleys until the pain goes away.  What a privilege is ours to be loved by the Saviour of the world!  O how I love Jesus.

If you are hurting today, tell Jesus.  He understands because He was hurt many times when He was here on earth.  He feels our pain and our sorrow and He is waiting with open arms for us to come to Him.  Run into the open arms of Jesus and let Him carry you through all your dark valleys.  He loves you so much.
