HE GIVES US REST

Oswald J. Smith wrote the hymn "The Savior can lift every burden". I love the words in this beautiful hymn. "The Savior can lift every burden, The heavy as well as the light; His strength is made perfect in weakness, In Him there is power and might."

There is nothing our Saviour can't do. He cheers us when we are sad. He heals us when we are sick. He comforts us we feel like giving up and going to bed. He never leaves us, not even for one minute. When we are discouraged, He picks us up in His arms and carries us until the pain goes away.

I've said this many times and I'll keep saying it until God calls me to Heaven. No love loves us like Jesus loves us and no one ever will. Thank You, Jesus, for loving us and for never leaving us. I love You.
