 HAVE WE SAID THIS

"Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven."

Matthew 6:10
King James Version

Rev. Charles W. Naylor wrote the beautiful heart touching and inspiring hymn "MY HEART SAYS AMEN".

I love these words. "I have yielded myself to Thy service, And Thy presence my bosom doth fill; O my Savior, I haste to obey Thee, And my heart says amen to Thy will. Yes, my heart says amen to Thy will, Lord, And I know that Thou lovest me still, While I bow low in humble submission, And my heart says amen to Thy will."

Have we said amen to His will or do we just keep doing what we want to do? May God help us to do and say what makes Him happy and helps other people.

All of us need to encourage and help one another. We don't know what heartaches they have so we need to pray for, encourage and help one another. It will make Jesus happy.

 DO WE

"Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD."

Leviticus 19:18
King James Version

William M. Golden wrote the hymn "A BEAUTIFUL LIFE". "Each day I’ll do a golden deed, By helping those who are in need, My life on earth is but a span, And so I’ll do the best I can, The best I can.

To be a child of God each day, My light must shine along the way; I’ll sing His praise while ages roll And strive to help some troubled soul, Some troubled soul."

Do we love others as the Bible tells us we should love them? If not, we are hurting Jesus and breaking His heart. He loves us so much He died for us so we should be willing to get out of our comfort zone and help others.

 STILL ABLE

"If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king."

Daniel 3:17
King James Version

William A. Ogden wrote one of my favorite hymns "HE IS ABLE TO DELIVER THEE". The words in this beautiful inspiring hymn are so true.

"Tis the grandest theme through the ages rung; ’Tis the grandest theme for a mortal tongue; ’Tis the grandest theme that the world e’er sung, Our God is able to deliver thee.

He is able to deliver thee, He is able to deliver thee; Though by sin oppressed, go to Him for rest; Our God is able to deliver thee."

Heavenly Father, we praise You and thank You for being a compassionate tender loving Father, What a healing balm it is to our weary battle scarred heart to know You will never hit us or kick us out of Heaven as some parents do to their children.

Thank You for opening Your heart of unconditional love to us and giving Your beloved Son to die on the cross for our sins. I pray for every man, for every woman, for every boy and every girl who has not invited Jesus into their heart to be their personal Saviour. May today be the day they say yes to Jesus. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.

 HAVE WE

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."

Ephesians 2:10
King James Version

Will L. Thompson wrote the hymn "HAVE I DONE ANY GOOD?" Every one of us needs to answer this question.

"Have I done any good in the world today? Have I helped anyone in need? Have I cheered up the sad, And made someone feel glad? If not, I have failed indeed.

Has anyone’s burden been lighter today, Because I was willing to share? Have the sick and the weary Been helped on their way? When they needed my help, was I there?"

We read in the Bible that they helped one another. "They helped every one his neighbour; and every one said to his brother, Be of good courage. So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering: and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved." Isaiah 41:6, 7

May God help us to get out of our comfort zone and help others just as Jesus left His Fahter, His home and all that He had to come to earth and die on the cross so we can be saved.

 IT IS A PRIVILEGE

"(A Psalm of praise.) Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations."

Psalms 100
King James Version

Are we serving Jesus with happiness and joy because we want to serve Him or are we serving Him just because we know we should?

It is a privilege to serve Jesus and we should thank God that He loves us so much He gave His beloved Son to die on the cross for our sins.

Heavenly Father, thank You for loving me when I was so unlovely. Thank You for adopting me into Your family. I love You, Heavenly Father. I love You, Jesus. I love You, Holy Spirit. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen

 HE GIVES US JOY

"For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning."

Psalms 30:5
King James Version

Rev. Barney E. Warren wrote "JOY UNSPEAKABLE". "I have found His grace is all complete, He supplieth ev’ry need; While I sit and learn at Jesus’ feet, I am free, yes, free indeed.

I have found the joy no tongue can tell, How its waves of glory roll! It is like a great o’erflowing well, Springing up within my soul.

It is joy unspeakable and full of glory, Full of glory, full of glory, It is joy unspeakable and full of glory, Oh, the half has never yet been told."

When we are hurting and going though dark valleys, our Saviour picks us up in His loving arms and carries us until the pain goes away. We can trust Jesus to not only be the best Friend we will ever have but also to never leave us, not even for one minute. I love You, dear Jesus.

 THANK YOU

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

John 3:16
King James Version

Heavenly Father, thank You for being a loving and caring Father. Thank You for adopting me into Your family. Thank You for the privilege You have given me to serve Your beloved Son. I love You and appreciate all You have done for me. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
