JOY

What is joy? Real joy is found by being in the presence of Jesus. Ira Stanphill wrote one of my favorite hymns "HAPPINESS IS THE LORD". I love the words in this beautiful hymn. "Real joy is mine No matter if teardrops start I've found the secret It's Jesus in my heart."

No matter how many dark valleys and crises that I am going through or how many times satan attacks me and tries to discourage me from serving Jesus, I have the assurance that Jesus loves me unconditionally just as He loves you.

When I'm going through dark valleys, I cry out to Jesus for help and He is faithful to pick me up in His arms and carry me until the pain goes away. Jesus will pick you up and carry you when you are hurting and going through dark valleys if you will ask Him.

O how I love Jesus. He is the Joy of my heart and the reason I'm living and one happy day I will have the privilege of seeing my precious Saviour face to face. Carrie E. Breck wrote the beautiful heart touching hymn "Face to face with Christ, My Savior". "What rejoicing in His presence, When are banished grief and pain; When the crooked ways are straightened, And the dark things shall be plain." Please lift your hands and voice and join me in praising the "KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS".
