OUR HEART

"Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God. Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee."

Acts 8:21,22

We read in the Bible. "Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God" (1 John 3:21). None of us are perfect. All of us hurt God at times because we get upset with people and instead of forgiving them as we want God to forgive us when we hurt Him we allow unforgiveness, resentment, jealousy, sarcasm and hatred to remain in our heart.

May God help us to forgive one another just as God forgives us when we hurt Him. Let's become encouragers to one another as Jesus wants us to do. If we want God to forgive us, we had better forgive those who hurt us.
