 STILL NO ROOM

"And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn."

Luke 2:7
King James Version

There wasn't any room for Jesus when He was born and today there is still no room for Him in the heart and life of some people. John W. Peterson wrote the hymn "No Room".

"No room, only a manger of hay, No room, He is a stranger today, No room, here in His world turned away, No room, no room;
Angels, in heaven up yonder, Watch with amazement and wonder To see the Son of the Highest treated so!"

I think the angels still watch with amazement to see the way our precious Saviour is being treated today.

It is time we stop hurting Jesus and do things and say things that make Him happy. If ever someone deserves to be happy, it is Jesus, the Saviour of the world.
