OUR HEAVENLY FATHER

"If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king."

William A. Ogden wrote one of my favorite hymns "HE IS ABLE TO DELIVER THEE". "Tis the grandest theme through the ages rung; ’Tis the grandest theme for a mortal tongue; ’Tis the grandest theme that the world e’er sung, Our God is able to deliver thee."

Heavenly Father, I love You. Thank You for all You do for us. Thank You for giving Your beloved Son to die on the cross for our sins so we may be saved.

Heavenly Father, I pray for every pastor who is preaching the good news of our risen Saviour. I pray You will please encourage them and let them know how much You appreciate their service to You. Thank You for giving me the privilege of serving Jesus these last twenty years.

I pray for every man, for every woman, for every boy and for every girl who has never invited Jesus into their heart. May today be the day. If you are reading this devotion, know that our Heavenly Father and Jesus love you. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
