THE TRUTH

"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

What is the truth? The truth is God loves us so much He gave His beloved Son to die on the cross for our sins so we can have our sins forgiven and go to Heaven when we die.

Bill and Gloria Gaither wrote a beautiful and heart touching hymn "Because He Lives". The words in this hymn are so true and tell us once again how much we are loved by our Heavenly Father.

"​God sent His son, they called Him Jesus; He came to love, heal and forgive; He lived and died to buy my pardon, An empty grave is there to prove my Savior lives!

​Because He lives, I can face tomorrow, Because He lives, all fear is gone; Because I know He holds the future, And life is worth the living, Just because He lives!

​How sweet to hold a newborn baby, And feel the pride and joy he gives; But greater still the calm assurance: This child can face uncertain days because He Lives!

And then one day, I'll cross the river, I'll fight life's final war with pain; And then, as death gives way to victory, I'll see the lights of glory and I'll know He lives!"

Thank You, Heavenly Father for loving us and for adopting us into Your family. Thank You, Jesus, for loving us so much that You allowed them to crucify You for our sins. I love You so much and appreciate all You have done for me.
