 OUR REDEEMING SAVIOUR

"And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst."

John 19:17, 18
King James Version

Charles Wesley wrote one of my favorite hymns "CHRIST THE LORD IS RISEN TODAY". I love these words in this beautiful hymn.

"Christ the Lord is risen today, Alleluia! Sons of men and angels say, Alleluia! Raise your joys and triumphs high, Alleluia! Sing ye heav’ns, and earth reply, Alleluia!

Lives again our glorious king, Alleluia! Where, O death, is now thy sting? Alleluia! Dying once He all doth save, Alleluia!* Where thy victory, O grave? Alleluia!"

Jesus, thank You for dying on the cross and paying the penalty for my sins. I love You so much and I long for the day when I will see You face to face. Thank You for loving me when I was so unlovely.
