 ARE WE TRUSTING JESUS

"And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?"

Matthew 14: 25-31
King James Version

Fanny Crosby wrote the beautiful hymn "TRUSTING JESUS". I wonder if we are doing what we sing in this hymn. If we aren't trusting Jesus, we are hurting Him and breaking His heart.

We can trust Jesus for everything. When I go to bed at night or take a nap during the day, I feel His arms go around me as He tenderly whispers "I love you, Joanne."

I have many friends that I love and thank God for them but there is no friend like Jesus. He never leaves us, not even for one minute. When we are sad, He cries with us and when we are happy, He rejoices with us.

How I love You, precious Jesus. Thank You for all You have done for me. What a day or rejoicing and happiness it will be when I have the privilege of seeing You face to face.

Carrie E. Breck wrote one of my favorite hymns "FACE TO FACE WITH CHRIST, MY SAVIOR". I love the words in this beautiful hymn.

"Face to face with Christ, my Savior, Face to face—what will it be, When with rapture I behold Him, Jesus Christ who died for me?

Face to face I shall behold Him, Far beyond the starry sky; Face to face in all His glory, I shall see Him by and by!

Only faintly now I see Him, With the darkened veil between, But a blessèd day is coming, When His glory shall be seen."

Jesus loves you. He loved you yesterday. He loves you today and He will love you forever. There is nothing you could ever do that would make Him stop loving you. Please join me in praising Jesus.

He is the "KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS" Thank You, Jesus for coming to me when I couldn't go to You. Thank You for never leaving me and for the assurance that You really do love me.
