Rev. Martin Wells Knapp wrote the hymn "QUICKLY COMING"; What a healing balm it is to our weary battle scarred heart to know Jesus is coming for us.

"Soon skies will rend and Christ descend, And every eye behold Him, While angels bright in clouds of light, In majesty enfold Him; His trumpet sound will soon resound, Thro’ earth and Heaven ringing, His dead will wake, His bride He’ll take, To marriage supper bringing.
