HIS CLEANSING BLOOD

"But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin."

Susan L. Warner wrote a hymn about Jesus "CLEANSING IN THE BLOOD". I love the words in this hymn.

"O that I might now know Thy love, The riches of Thy grace so free; That I with all Thy saints might prove, There’s cleansing in the blood for me.

The world I now forever leave, And consecrate myself to Thee; I come in faith, for I believe There’s cleansing in the blood for me."

Thank God for the cleansing blood of Jesus that He shed for you and for me on the cross.
Fanny J. Crosby wrote a beautiful hymn about our precious and loving Saviour "Washed white as snow". I'm so glad the words in this hymn are true.

"Tho' my sins were once like crimson red, To the healing stream my feet were led; In the precious blood my Saviour shed He washed me white as snow.

At the door of faith I entered in, And to him confessed my guilt and sin; With his own dear hand he washed me clean, He washed me white as snow.

O my joyful song henceforth shall be, Tis the blood of Jesus cleanseth me, Cleanseth, cleanseth, O, yes, it cleanseth me."

Jesus, thank You for dying on the cross so we can have our sins forgiven and be saved and go to Heaven when we die. I love You and appreciate all You have done for me.
