OUR FAITHFUL HEAVENLY FATHER

"God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord."

Rev. Thomas Obediah Chisholm wrote one of my favorite hymns "GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS". I'm so glad the words in this hymn are true.

"Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father; There is no shadow of turning with Thee; Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not; As Thou hast been, Thou forever will be.

Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see. All I have needed Thy hand hath provided; Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me!"

Not only do we have a faithful Heavenly Father, we also have a loving and compassionate Saviour Who helps us and Who never leaves us. We may think we can't do something but we can do anything when Jesus helps us.

Ludie D. Pickett wrote the beautiful hymn "NEVER ALONE". I'm so glad the words in this hymn are true.

"I’ve seen the lightning flashing, I’ve heard the thunder roll. I’ve felt sin’s breakers dashing, Which almost conquered my soul. I’ve heard the voice of my Savior, Bidding me still to fight on. He promised never to leave me, Never to leave me alone!"

Thank You, Heavenly Father. Thank You, Jesus, for loving us, for helping us and for never leaving us alone. We love You and appreciate all You have done for us.
