OUR LOVING SAVIOUR

Maud F. Jackson wrote a beautiful hymn "I’VE FOUND THAT JESUS CARES". I love the words. They are so true of our precious Saviour.

"I once was sad and lonely, No hope my heart could see; I thought that I was friendless, That no one cared for me; But clouds away were driven, No more my heart despairs, For I, His cross beholding, Have found that Jesus cares.

Before me still are trials, Yet I need have no fear, Since Jesus, friend unfailing, To me is ever near; With joy my heart is singing, As on my way I fare, To know I’m not forgotten, To know my Lord doth care."

We know Jesus loves us. The question we need to answer is "Do i love Jesus"? If we do love Him, what are we doing to prove to Him that we love Him?

He left His Father, His home and all that He had to come to earth and die on the cross for our sins. What have we left for Him? Are we serving Him? If not, we are hurting Him and breaking His heart.
