Ludie D. Pickett wrote one of the most encouraging and beautiful hymns about Jesus I've ever heard "NEVER ALONE". I'm so glad the words in this hymn are true.

"I’ve seen the lightning flashing, I’ve heard the thunder roll. I’ve felt sin’s breakers dashing, Which almost conquered my soul. I’ve heard the voice of my Savior, Bidding me still to fight on. He promised never to leave me, Never to leave me alone!

Thank You, Jesus, for the assurance You give us that You will never leave us. What a healing balm it is to our weary battle scarred heart to know that You keep Your promises. Thank You for loving me so much You died on the cross for my sins. I love You so much.

Heavenly Father, I pray for all who are lonely, discouraged, hurting and for those who feel like going to bed and staying there. Please encourage and comfort them as You have done for me so many times. What a privilege it is to be part of Your family and to know You will never kick us out of Heaven. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
