 THE BLOOD OF JESUS

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Romans 8:35-39
King James Version

Lelia N. Morris wrote one of my favorite hymns about our precious Saviour "CONQUERORS THROUGH THE BLOOD". Indeed, we are conquerers through the blood of our precious Saviour.

"Conquerors and overcomers now are we, Thro’ the precious blood of Christ we’ve victory. If the Lord be for us, we can never fail; Nothing ’gainst His mighty power can e’er prevail. Conquerors are we, Thro’ the blood, thro’ the blood;

God will give us victory, Thro’ the blood, thro’ the blood; Thro’ the Lamb for sinners slain, Yet who lives and reigns again, More than conquerors are we, More than conquerors are we."

Rev. Robert Lowry wrote a beautiful heart touching and inspiring hymn about Jesus "Nothing But the Blood of Jesus". Thank God for the cleansing blood of Jesus.

"What can wash away my sin? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
O precious is the flow that makes me white as snow; no other fount I know;
nothing but the blood of Jesus.

For my pardon this I see: nothing but the blood of Jesus. For my cleansing this my plea: nothing but the blood of Jesus.

Nothing can for sin atone: nothing but the blood of Jesus. Naught of good that I have done: nothing but the blood of Jesus.

This is all my hope and peace: nothing but the blood of Jesus. This is all my righteousness: nothing but the blood of Jesus."

Jesus, I love You so much. Thank You for dying for my sins, for loving me unconditionally and especially for never leaving me. One happy joyous day I will have the privilege of seeing You face to face. I am going to hug You and spend all eternity telling You how wonderful You are and how much I love You.
