Helen H. Lemmel wrote one of my favorite hymns “Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus”.  I love these words in this inspiring hymn.  “Turn your eyes upon Jesus, Look full in His wonderful face, And the things of earth will grow strangely dim, In the light of His glory and grace.”

When satan attacks you with lies and tries his best to discourage you and he will try to discourage you especially if you are serving Jesus, remember what this hymn tells us to do  “Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus”.  It makes satan very angry when we serve Jesus.  The next time satan tries to discourage you remember to look to our precious, compassionate and loving Saviour for comfort and  encouragement.  Jesus understands how it hurts and how we feel when people turn against us.
