PEACEMAKER OR TROUBLEMAKER

“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.”

Matthew 5:9

We are either a peacemaker or we are a troublemaker.  Are we hurting God and breaking His heart because we are being troublemakers instead of peacemakers?  We should be encouraging one another instead of discouraging one another.  

“They helped every one his neighbour; and every one said to his brother, Be of good courage. So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering: and he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved” (Isaiah 41:6,7).

Heavenly Father, I pray that I will be a peacemaker instead of a troublemaker.  If there is anything in my heart that hurts You, please forgive me.  I never want to hurt You and yet I know that I do at times.  Please comfort and encourage all those who are hurting an discouraged.  In Jesus’ Name, I pray.  Amen.
