WHAT A PRIVILEGE

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

Carrie E. Breck wrote one of my favorite hymns "Face to Face with Christ, My Savior". I love the words in this beautiful hymn. "What rejoicing in His presence, When are banished grief and pain; When the crooked ways are straightened, And the dark things shall be plain."

We are going to have the privilege of seeing Jesus face to face. What a happy and joyous day that is going to be. As much as we are longing to see Him face to face, He is more excited to see us and be with us because He loves us so much He died for us. Are you ready to meet Him if He comes back today?
