THERE ARE NO WORDS

“Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,”
Philippians 3:8 KJV

Charles H. Gabriel wrote one of my favorite hymns “He Is So Precious to Me”.  The words in this beautiful hymn describe how much I love Jesus.  “So precious is Jesus, my Savior, my king; His praise all the day long with rapture I sing. To Him in my weakness for strength I can cling, For He is so precious to me.”

It is impossible for me to tell you how much I love Jesus and how much I appreciate Him.  He is the Joy of my heart and the reason I’m living.  He is the “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS” and one happy day I will see Him face to face.  What a day of happiness that is going to be.

Carrie E. Breck wrote a beautiful hymn “Face to Face with Christ, My Savior”.  “Face to face—oh, blissful moment! Face to face—to see and know; Face to face with my Redeemer, Jesus Christ who loves me so.”  There are no words that can describe how wonderful and precious Jesus is to my heart.

Are you ready to meet Jesus if He comes back while you are reading this devotion? You may be saved but is your heart right with God?  When God looks in your heart, does He see things that make Him happy or does He see things that hurt Him and break His heart?
